It's a simple way to manage users, models, plugins, chatbots, and more. Manifests are versioned, and can be shared across your team. They can be used to create, update, and delete resources in the cloud.

The best way to learn about Smarter is to dive in and start using it. Most new users are able to complete the Smarter tutorial in less than an hour. The tutorial will walk you through the process of creating and deploying a new Chatbot that's been trained on a fictitious consumer product.
